How can i get a costco membership in the UK?

its really bugging me...it appears you can only get a membership if you are working in the trade as they ask that you supply proof of an invoice to a business address, letterhead paper for a business etc etc...why cant normal ppl shop there? afterall you ahve to pay £20 a year membership so why only ppl who own a business....is there anyway around this? i really want to shop there!
