someone is using my videos without my permission. is it possible to report a fake on youtube? becuase i didn't see anything on it???

Yes it is. As said in the second answer, you should report a copyright claim. But if you didn't see anything you may need to look into it and do so cold hard research of evidence, to give yourself a claim.
