How can i get a flat stomach?

i hate my stomach, everytime i eat it blows up and i look pregnant!

it doesnt matter if i eat healthy or not bc my stomach will blow anyways, just by drinking 1 glass of water my stomach lookks fat!

the only way to reduce my stomach is by starving myself, ive tried it and it does look flatter but i dont wanna do that!

  2. Jogging is a great way to lose the weight. You want to do some form of cardio. Jogging, walking, eliptical, etc for at least 30 - 60 minutes 5 days a week. For the weights you want to lift not too heavy but not too light. Most people think that if they lift light it will cut them up and that is not correct. Lifting too light absolutely does nothing but add to the cardio a bit. You want to lift moderate weights and do 3 sets of 15 reps. Do 3 exercises for each body part rotating body parts. For example I do chest, tri's and shoulders one day...then back and bi's another, then legs another. Then start over. This will give your muscles time to heal and rebuild. You will not bulk up unless you do heavy weights with less reps.

    Also, and most importantly is your eating habits. If you want to lose fat you need to watch your calorie intake...eat mostly chicken, turkey....stay away from fatty meats like pork and stake. Drink lots of water and be aware of sugar filled drinks and foods. Eat fresh cooked meals. No boxed meals or take out. Good Luck!

  8. There's no easy answer. It takes time and dedication just like anything in life. If you are active and do some ab workouts, overtime you will see a difference. Abs are one of those muscles that you can do everyday if you were that focused. The more you do them, the more your skin tightens and muscles shape. Other than that, diet is 5 times more important than working out. Stay focused.
