How can i get a free wi fi configuration?

I am in Nigeria and pay somuch on internet connection,How can i get free iternet connection or wi fi through our local networks like globacom?

Well you probably have to sign up and pay for it, too. But it's probably a lot cheaper than what you are using.

Or you can go to a place with free WiFi and you can use theirs.

I'm not really sure what the WiFi is like in Nigeria, though...
