  1. Start setting an alarm and wake yourself up earlier. And make yourself stay up. After a few days of that you will get tired earlier therefore you will go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier on your own. After not too long your body will get used to it.

  2. Well you could start practicing getting up early now and you will save yourself a lot of trouble when school actually starts back.  I used to have to do it when I was younger.  I started going to bed early and it was hard at first.  Then, I would either set my clock to wake up early or have someone wake me up at a certain time.  If you wake up really early one morning and stay busy during the day, you will fell sleepy and be able to fall asleep earlier.  This well help jumpstart your routine.  Otherwise, you will have to learn how to do it the hard way when you're falling asleep in class.  But that's nothing out of the ordinary.  LOL!

  3. You need to readjust your body clock.  I would suggest that you try going to bed about midnight and see if your body will allow you to sleep.  If it won't, try going to bed at 2:00 and see if that works.  Do that for a few nights and then try the midnight again.  I don't know what time you get up to go to school, but you should try and get a minimum of 7 to 9 hours of sleep at your age.  You probably waited a bit too long to be totally readjusted by start of school, but you should be okay in about a month.
