well, i was looking for download for GTA3 full version at the other day and i figure out that i have to use utorrent (I remembered from my friend). Then when i got into more depths of downloading i figure out that the speed is dropping and a red light is coming up on the bottom and gets really slow.

Then when the web told me to forward the port it did not let me to do that. I couldn't even get that far cause when i entered the IP address in the address bar it got an error not the port forwarding web.

PLZ help i don't know how to get there and i really want to download faster then just 30kb per sec.

  1. Depending on your setup, port forwarding is done in your firewall or in your router.

You need to know what port(s) to forward - you get that from the torrent program's FAQ at the programs web site.

Get out the manual for your router or use the help screens on your firewall software (or both) to forward the port(s)

Most torrent programs have test routines to tell you when you have got it right.

FYI - Downloading a copyrighted program is considered theft by some (narrow minded??) people (like Judges). Allowing others to copy a copyrighted program is considered copyright violation by some of the same.

When you Port Forward, you are allowing other people to see what is available on your hard drive and copy it if they want. What you do on the web is not always an anonymous thing. Trust me when I say you can be tracked, identified and sued.

So you have to ask yourself - Do I feel Lucky??

    Well - Do Ya??

    Have a nice day
