How can i get a grease stain out of a tracksuit top?

use the regular blue dawn dish soap to remove greasy/oily stains from clothes. Rub some on before the wash.

Dawn will take old grease out also just rub into the fabric from both sides.

I once told a man to use dawn to clean up car grease off his clothes and he came back to tell me that it really worked! I just smiled and told him Yes, I know.

Whatever you don't wash first. Try soaking in a strong solution of Soda Crystals which is great for removing grease, blood, ink, tea and coffee stains. If its real bad you may have to do it again.

Soda Crystals can be bought from any major supermarket and cost about a pound a packet. You will find instructions on the packet on how to use and all the other uses it has around the home.

If you havent washed it yet, try rubbing Dawn dish soap on it.   The regular, not the scented or king with bleach.

dirt devil from any supermarket i got grease all down my new tacchini top and was told to use these, there are different ones for different stains and they really work follow the instructions though

I've used lighter fluid to get grease out of a carpet.  Squirt and blot as you go.
