How can i get a harmonic balancer of an ef falcon

i do not have a puller so i am looking for other ways

a puller is the only way you also need the installer when you put back on.if you do it any other way like hammering on it you will damage the harmonic balancer or worst then that you damage the thread's in the crank maybe even the bearing on the crank.

I think that in your case, you'd better take it to a Ford experienced mechanic. Especially as you have not indicated why you want it off.

You will have to get a puller or you will damage the engine trying to pry it off. You can buy a cheap puller at harbor freight for about 10 bucks.

You should also reinstall the balancer with an air gun, don't drive it on with a hammer or you will mess up the thrust washers on the crank.
