  1. I agree with being an intern at a station.

    Here's another idea if you want to do some voiceover work:

    Prepare a short demo tape of some of your best voice work and send it not only to radio station program directors, but also to advertising agencies in your area. It may be possible to get some freelance work doing voiceovers for local advertisers.
