How can i get a job as a voice over atrist and a radio jockey?

Basically anything to do with voice. How do i start off?

Here's another idea if you want to do some voiceover work:

Prepare a short demo tape of some of your best voice work and send it not only to radio station program directors, but also to advertising agencies in your area. It may be possible to get some freelance work doing voiceovers for local advertisers.
