How can i get a legal capacity from the brazilian embassy in philippines?

I'm a filipina who will be married to a brazilian. We already went to the embassy but they said that they dont issue legal capacity anymore. what should i do?

  1. There's nothing you can do.  You're not a citizen of Brazil, your fiance is.  It's up to him to straighten it out with his embassy.

    Why don't you and your fiance check the marriage requirements in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.  You can go to those places without a visa, all you need is a passport.

    Go to one of those places, get married, register your marriage with the Philippine embassy and when you come back register it with the NSO in Manila.  You'll be 100% legally married.

    Any good travel agent can assist you in this matter.
