Question:

How can i get a lot of energy by tomorrow?

today i felt like i had no energy. i didnt have a good sleep last night, so i slept most of today. but i need a lot of energy tomorrow, any ideas?

eg. food i can eat, or something i can drink?

  1. Are you having this problem all the time or just at certain times?

    I would not recommend any type of energy drinks.

    I would make sure you take a multi-eat good balanced foods including fruits and veg.

    You are tired because your body is naturally trying to tell you to get some rest.

    If you are not having any other symptoms and are other wise healthy I would get a good night sleep by drinking some quietly chamomile tea with honey. If this continues and other symptoms pop up I would make an appointment with your G.P and have a talk with him about your concerns.  Hope this helps-Good luck

    u can buy that 5 hour energy **** at almost any gas station and it really works i use it almost every morning before work

    carrots and carrot juice help

    Depending on your age, if you are an adult, Ritalin will get you going bug time.but you need a script for it.

    Energy drinks will help for short spells. but you will crash and be worse then you started.

  4. Energy is associated with blood sugar and several neurotransmitters (brain chemicals).  If you're not rested, obviously, you won't have energy no matter what. So... get a good night's sleep (do some exercise about an hour before bed).  In the morning, eat a breakfast that includes a moderate amount of protein and a balance of sugar (preferably fruit or juice) and complex carbs. So-- a good breakfast might be a glass of orange juice, an english muffin with peanut butter, and a glass of low-fat milk.  The OJ will get you started, the protein will guarantee that your body doesn't do anything silly and catabolic, and the english muffin will take several hours to digest, slowly releasing more sugar as it does.

    Do some exercise first thing in the morning. This will get your "blood flowing," so to speak, and will release endorphins in your brain which will give you a natural "high."  If you exercise early in the morning and eat a good breakfast, you'll feel more energetic and generally better all day long.
