Question:

How can i get a more flexible developpe??

i think it was 4 years ago i was in my dance recital on pointe and i fell on my left hip pushing something inward idk its hardto explain and now i can never do my left split and it has been affecting my flexibility for years and i want to have more fliexibility in my hips and in my developpes?

can anyone help?!??!???!?!??!?!??!?!

  1. trust me its no big deal my best friend will never be able to do her left splits again either!! haha i know it sounds like a lot of work but its worth it... stretch every single night! do lunges and other strengthing exercies!! hopw this helps!! :D :D


  2. Keep on stretching, then you can do splits again.

  3. I suggest you see i chiropractor for your hip flexibility wise after a hot bath try to do the splits you'll get lower and lower each day (trust me it works) also try lunges butterfly and froggy stretches

  4. do lunges. not the ones that build muscle but the ones the stretch your hips. make a right angle with your left leg and put your right leg back...always works for me!! good luck!
