contact a pen pal magazine or web site.if your school is involved in school exchange ask them if they can help you.but to me the best way is for you or to ask your family if they can sponsor an underprivileged family in the third world with a child your age that you can become a pen pal to that way you are both getting something out of it at the same time .hope i was of help.you could also go to the first page of yahoo answers look under the section at home there is a list of different lands there,pick a land and put in the question will you be my pen pal?give a short description of your self and what your looking for,your e.mail address for them to contact you.lots of luck

this is the site to get pen friends from all over the world. it is a german site which is free. i use it aswell. you can register online and they send the stuff out to you.
