For an avatar, create 1 at http://avatars.yahoo.com For another picture you must create a Yahoo 360 and upload a primary photo but you will have to be at least 18 to create one http://360.yahoo.com On your Q&A page, click on Edit My Info and choose to use whatever one you want to use.
