How can i get a picture out of a video on my camera?

ok well, i thought i was taking a picture but insted i was taking a video. and i really liked the "so called picture", and i tryed taking that picture again. didn't turn out like the video. so can some one please help me. With the picture i want out of my video. i hope i'm making sense :S

I think you mean you want to capture a frame(picture) from the video you shot? a little more Information would really help.

idk...if u have windows movie maker u can load the video there and set it up like ur making a video and under the screen that have the video it has a picture of a camera if u click that on the spot of the video u want it'll take the picture....if u don't have it u can google it and download it..it's 100% free
