How can i get a prepaid Credit Card to work with paypal?

i am a teenager and my parents wont let me get a credit card, and i totally understand that. but i like to buy and sell on ebay, but i dont want to keep using my parents credit card info, i want to become the young responsible adult. so i dont just want to get a pre-paid c.c. --i want to be able to use that credit card on PAY-PAL..so if anyone knows a way i can do this, let me know

also, i have heard things about a walmart visa card? - would it be a debit card? where i load money when i go to walmart, or does it come with a statement, like a real c.c.

I've done a lot of investigations on the topic of prepaid cards.  Bank Freedom offers the lowest fees and is free to order.  They waive the monthly fee with direct deposit.  Also, you only need to be 12 years old to get the card.  Once you get the card, go to http://www.bakfreedom.com and click on Free Direct Deposit.  Complete the form and it will give you the routing number and account number that you will need for Paypal.

how old are you? you have to be 18 for most accounts.

why don't you (or get your parents to do it if you have to) open a bank account in your name? then you can link it to your paypal account. when you keep a balance you can order a debit card, which you can use anywhere visa is accepted.

paypal debit card won't report to credit bureaus, but you will have "your own" money!

eventually you can apply for a paypal credit card which will help build a credit history, but be sure to research the terms as i am not familiar with them.
