How can i get a record lable to come listen to a band?

Anyone! These guys are awsome and they are playing the 22 of march in dallas. I wanted to find a way to get a person from a lable or brother or a friend of some one on a lable, I know that this band is so different and talented that if the right person hears then they will go far??

you haft to get local radio stations to play recordings

most of them will if you ask them to ...

if they say no find a way anyway...

go to record companys give the demos to them

add tons of people on myspace

just give demos to bigger bands,,

due to the overwhelming amount of demos they do get, record labels won't give an unsolicited demo a listen unless it's been passed on to them by someone of influence or reputation in the industry. as far as getting the label to come to you, to listen to your band play, same thing goes....a good word by someone established in the industry will merit a visit. outside of that the chances are slim. but if they hear enough (external) buzz about your band, they'll come see you. again... due to the overwhelming number of bands that request an audience with a&r guys, they don't bother with most of them.
