How can i get a refund ?

I am not satisfied with musicmasterpro.com's lessons is there a way i can get a renfund???

Like any other computer or video computer, once you open the package, you cannot get the refund whether you use it or not.  In your case, you already used it, you get stucked with the purchase although you are not happy with it.  One reason is that people can make a copy of it and then try to get a refund.
