How can i get a ringtone or wallpaper on my verizon phone?

i just got a new phone and lost all of my ringtones and wallpapers. on my old phone i used myxer.com and it worked GREAT for verizon. but now for the time they cant do it.:/ so i have been on all day trying different websites and i tried 0ver 10 and some wouldnt send at all and when they would it would say conecting and then it would say cant open text message. so i was woundering if it something wrong with my phone or the websites? i have a razr v3 if that helps. please help! and websites that WILL work? or any ideas whats wrong?

also the same with wallpapers too.
