How can i get a rugby body?

i would like to know conditioning and drills or whatever anything that can help me get a rugby body. i used to swim and play soccer so i already have strong thighs and calves but i want to get ripped!

like abs and pecs and all that good stuff so any help i can get ill take even if you just state the obvious stuff

  1. A "rugby body" has a wide range, from the heavy-but-strong body of the prop to the leaner-and-swift body of the wing.

    It sounds like you're seeking a way to get a visibly-toned body, and the best way to do that is to a) burn more calories than you take in until you get the fat out of the way, and b) do comprehensive exercises to strengthen the muscles you want to show off.

    I recommend Dan Luger's "Complete Conditioning for Rugby" for a good solid set of exercises and exercise programs.

  4. the only real way is to have a steady diet and hit up the gym,

    bench press is good for working your whole upper body aswell as your pecs aswell as using a pec deck,

    the most important thing for abs is diet and running with a little bit of ab exercises
