i have a six pack when i flex, but it goes away when i dont. I eat very healhy. Also i do A LOT of cardio becuase i have 2 hour soccer practices twice a day for school. (soccer has been going on for 2 and a half weeks) We also do a lot of ab workouts too. Ive been working on my abs alone for about 3 or 4 months. what kinds of things should i do to have a six pack without flexing?
