How can i get a six pack without flexing?

i have a six pack when i flex, but it goes away when i dont. I eat very healhy. Also i do A LOT of cardio becuase i have 2 hour soccer practices twice a day for school. (soccer has been going on for 2 and a half weeks)

We also do a lot of ab workouts too. Ive been working on my abs alone for about 3 or 4 months. what kinds of things should i do to have a six pack without flexing?

  1. you are in very, very good shape for your age. anyway, i recommend bicycles. they are known as one of the best ab workouts. also check out www.bodybuilding.com and look through their training articles for more.


  2. We're the same age and height :) Except I'm a girl and I'm 113 pounds. But anyways, you are in good shape. My friend has an eight pack. (I know, it's weird.) And her brother has a six pack. They do sit-ups daily and a bunch of other workouts.

    One good and easy one is put your feet together. Then flex your abs and your but(You'll look stupid but it helps. And do it both at the same time.)

    Now, while flexing move one leg to the right and back. Keep doing it and switch legs at some point. It works out your abs,butt,and thighs:)

    And they also lift weights daily.

  3. Obviously the "six-pack" appears when you flex because you're causing those muscles to "bunch up." You can have large muscles that don't appear "cut" and be stronger than a guy (or gal) with very defined muscles.  The means to getting your muscles defined is intense working out.  The part that makes them so cut (and not everyone really has the capacity to do this) is when you work out your muscles in a sense "rip" (hence the term, "ripped.") fill with lactic acid (which is why you feel "the burn") and then sort of heal bigger. Cardio isn't what you need. You need weights.
