Question:

How can i get a split down?

I'm starting dance lessons in the fall and a split is required. I'm no where close and I'm not sure how to improve. I stretch a lot every day. Are there any specific exercises or stretches to help me?

  1. sit in your splits for a long time. try holdign onto sumtin grabbing your foot and straightening it or ...

    lay flat on your back and pull your right knee into your chest with your right kneee bent and ou left leg straight on the ground. then grab onto your right arch and straighten push you knee straight with you rleft hand

    repeat on the left!


  2. Do you read alot or watch tv alot? Stretch in to all your splits for a minute each in between chapters or during commercials. It really works, i did that and i have my right split and am inches away from my left and center. Please atleast try it, but you don't have to choose me for best answer. Much luck!!!!!!
