How can i get a visa to turkey the easily?

i have been planning to go to turkey for a long time, but now i'm facing a new problem. it's hard getting a visa to turkey in my country (philippines) the visa i could get is only a tourist visa, but i'm planning to stay there since i'm gonna get married. what is the easiest way for me to get a visa to turkey?

IF U R HERE IN TURKEY EVEN WITH TOURIST VISA IF U GET MARRIED THEY WILL GIVE U FIRST 1 YEAR RESIDENT PERMIT AFTER 1 YEAR U WILL APPLY AGAIN  AND THAT TIME THEY WILL GIVE U 2 YEARS MORE AFTER THAT 2 YEAR U WILL HAVE A TURKISH CTIZEN  I MEAN U MUST WAY 3 YEARS THIS THE LAW AND THERES NO PRBLM EVEN U ENTER HERE WITH TOURIST VISA THE IMPORTAND IS U ENTER OUR COUNTRY BY LEGAL WAY .  I WISH TO HELP U MY WIFE ALSO SHES PINAY THANKS  .   [e-mail]
