How can i get a work visa from a company in the usa?

I am only 19 so i dont know too much about how this all works really. IF i apply for work in the states from a company do i have to work for this company? or can they just sponsor me to get a work visa? where i am only young, would it be harder for me to obtain one from a company?

Yes, you would have to work for that company.

You are too young to be able to get a work visa.  Unless you have some incredible skill, you will need at least two years work experience and a degree.

well, the reason they're petitioning you for a visa is for you to work for them. if you get the visa and then decide to stop working for them, your visa gets cancelled.
