Go to your profile, click "edit my info", set up a 360° page, load up a pic (it has to be a .jpg, preferrably 48x48 pixels), mark "set as primary", save it and you're done! If you prefer a Yahoo Avatar go to the link below to create one. Next go to your profile, click "edit my info", click "use my Yahoo avatar", click "preview" and then "ok".

Note: since a couple of weeks lots of users are having problems with the correct display of their avatars. No matter whether foto avatars or Yahoo avatars - sometimes they don't show up at all or they switch between 3 or more different old avatar versions. One female user even had a male cartoon avatar displayed she never created! It's another glitch in the YA system that hopefully soon will be fixed, so please be patient...
