How can i get an employer sponsor in Australia?

Im a Certified Public Accountant and presently working as an Audit Manager in a financial service company here in the Philippines but I want to work abroad specially in Australia. I want to know how will i get an employee sponsor to work in Australia or anyone can tell me the fastest way to be hired and work and live in Australia?

  1. Visit the website of companies you'd like to work for, apply for jobs online, if you are contacted for an interview, apply for a travel visa to Australia for the interview.  If you are hired, then you will have the necessary sponsorship.

    I think you can stay for up to 6 months on a travel visa.
