How can i get arabic channels in the united states?

i have dish network, but it charges alot, for so few arabic channels.

dish with out the arabic channels is prty inexpensive, but i got an HDTV, and they charge a few for using HD channels, i also got DVR,

so any one know any other companys that offer arabic channels?

Directv does, you have to ask about their international  programing packages
