ok so I'm going to start school in about 1 week and i can't sleep.My normal schedule of sleep is going to bed at 10 and waking up at 7 bc that's what i do when school starts.Lately ive been trying to go to sleep at 10 but its not working and my mom says to turn the tv to something i don't watch and then fall asleep well that doesn'tt work either.I need some help what do i do and don't suggest sleeping pills bc I'm only 12 yrs old.Help me b4 school starts
