How can i get back my Delete Message in my Mail box?

last week i delete some meddages and i want to get them back how can ?

they are prob out of your trash by now. Yahoo delets them twice a week I think

That happened to me a long time ago.  It should be in your "Sent" folder.  When I wanted to see my deleted messages, I looked into my folders at the left side like if you are checking your emails and there they were.  Hope they are in your folder!

go to your trash folder, but bynow, it might have already been deleted by the program itself
