Question:

How can i get back on the 'diet wagon'?

I I have had a bit of a 'bad' weekend with my diet, and have really slipped up. and eaten anything and everything i shouldn't be.

I am now finding it REALLY hard to get 'back on the wagon'!

  1. I did exactly the same thing this weekend to, I thought Oi fatty as of Monday cut the c**p out again. For breakfast I had muesli which is my normal good for you food, and told myself just to be stronger and think that you're doing this for a reason, don't give in.

    IGNORE FAD DIETS!!

    the best way to keep in shape is to eat healthy and exercise, at least 30 mins of moderate intensity (keep the heart rate above normal for 30 mins). whether this be walking, jogging, whatever, make it fun so you dont get bored of it! drink lots of water aswell. if you keep this up then a weekend on pizza and cake wont do any harm :)!

  3. i know exactly what you mean!!

    i always find it really hard to stick to a diet.

    what i do when i have temptations is just remind myself that i am the only person standing in the way of losing weight and i am only letting myself down. it seems to work for me :]

  4. Hi what I do is just think to myself how good I will feel when I have lost the weight and how healthy my body will be. I was on weight watchers and every weekend i used to still have a take away and me wine, I said this was my treat and that it was even better looking forward to it, and it didnt cause me to go and fall of the diet wagon as I know if I stuck to my diet the next week I would lose the weight and I did.

    Self control, but if your are on a diet you are not enjoying and you cannot eat anything then I would get tired of it too,

  5. I think you need to be work smarter rather than work smart. you must take strategical approach to lose weight.
