    -answer my questions please

  2. ok so you should stretch every day outside of dance as well. You probably know alot of stretches from dance but i'll list the ones I do.

-straight leg stretch (left, right, and both)

-butterfly and frog (lay on floor with feet together like a frog)

    -v-stretch

    -splits (right, left, and middle)

-put your foot on a tabe and try to get your mouth or nose to your knee

-stretch your turnout muscles by laying down and keep one leg straight and grab the other and pull it towards you at the ankle but away from you at the knee

-stretch your arabesque and practice leaps.

*you also want to do alot of crunches to strenghten your core. It helps alot while dancing. As for getting better at dance in general the best way to do that is PRACTICE!!

good luck and i hope this helps!!

  3. you really should stretch outside of dance. my dance teacher says stretching after a show helps a lot. a good stretch is to lie on your back with your legs against the wall, then spread your legs open to get a good stretch. it helps alot. also doing sit ups helps because it works on your core so you will be more stable during turns.
