i want to train for a cross country do u have any tips or training method that can make me better

  1. stretch alot, and build up your endurance by running and jogging up hills and uneven land, and run a lot kbye and hope i helped


  2. Run as much as possible. The more you run, the more you improve. If you really want to get good, run after practice, too. As much as people like strength workouts and the like, actually running is the best tool for you.

  3. you have to practice everyday run 3 miles  

  4. u need to build endurance. at a track try running a mile then walk a mile run 200 walk 200 run 100 walk 100 run 55 walk 55 the run 100 walk 100 and keep building up. the  best thing you can do is run.
