  1. There isn't any other way to permanently improve your vision than surgery.  Your eyesight is determined by the shape and size of your eye, and no food, vitamin, or exercise will change these.

Glasses and contacts will be your options if you don't want surgery.  They allow you to see clearly while you're wearing them, but can't change your eyesight either.

Another option is Ortho-Keratology (Ortho-K).  It involves wearing hard lenses at night which temporarily corrects your vision in the day time.  You would have to be evaluated and approved for this by an eye doctor.

P.S.  Eye patching is used for children with eye turns, and the unpatched eye is the one that is strengthened.

  2. eat a lot of vitamin A, but not too much or you can get osteoperosis.

  3. there really isnt anything you can do. some people say patches work, well it really doesnt do much. have you talked with your eye dr about lasic. they can explain all the pro's and con's. i personally was scared and i did it 6 years ago and i love it, we are all different so each to their own, but i say look into it and ask lots of questions.

  4. waer an eyepatch on 1 eye for a few weeeks

    this makes that eye stronger

then do it to the other eye

    to get it stringer to

    vision wisd\e

  5. Your only options are either glasses or contacts.  Sorry!
