How can i get birth certificates from Honduras?

my friend needs his birth certificate sent over from onduras, or just a proff. Any websites?

You have to go to the Registro Nacional de las Personas in the city or town he was born, give id number,it can be done by relative or friend.

If he's trying to get his birth certificate, he should check with the Honduran embassy or consulate in your area.  In Central American countries, you usually have to physically go to a place comparable to our city hall and pay them for a copy.  He should check with the Honduran embassy/consulate to find out how to do it if he doesn't know someone down there to get it.  If he does know someone down there, he is going to probably have to prepare something like a power of attorney.  It's not easy.
