How can i get bluetooth hookup to car speakers?

i have a lexus IS250 awd did not get the nav system with it. the only way to get bluetooth was with nav but i declined. my camry 07 has bluetooth in it without nav and i love it. does anyone know how i can get bluetooth in my car? i have seen some portable gps systems with bluetooth. do they hook up to the car speakers to talk without me holding my phone? and how do you dial a number with those? on my camry everything is on the steering wheel
