First of all, as I'm sure you know Sky will only provide their service to UK addresses. Remember, you don't need to subscribe to Sky for the basic UK satellite channels, however you need a large dish in Spain for BBC/ITV.

Having said that, the only option other than to pay one of the "subscription management" companies to do it for you, is to subscribe at the address of a UK friend or relative and then take the equipment with you. Again, you'll need a much large dish in Spain than is standard in the UK.
