How can i get citizenship if i am illegal?

I came to US on a H2B visa. It expired, but i stayed on. Its been 2 years since my visa has expired. What are my options in getting citizenship or could i renew my expired visa??? Im 20 years old, and miss my family so much back home in Australia. i need to visit them but cant leave US, because i will not be able to return for 10 years? To make it worse, i am so in love with my boyfriend. i am g*y man. We have been together for 1.5 years, live togher in NYC and want to get married... he is the love of my life. I know that we can get married in California, but i cannot get citizenship or a green card from that??? What are my options??

You're an illegal alien and your only choices are depart or be deported.  Marriage cannot get you any sort of visa or permission to remain, and "g*y marriage" is not recognized in immigration law.  No way to renew your H2b visa.  If you return to your own country voluntarily, you might get a shorter ban.  Go home -- the sooner the better for you.  Unless you like jail.

If you are illegal the chances are you will be apprehended and face jail time before you are deported. Your only intelligent option is to go home and re-apply legally.

btw: you have to be the first illegal Australian I've heard about-usually it's Americans trying to enter Australia.

I think you can marry here now but that kind proves you were here illegally. Not good. Live in sin, make your ap, have Mr. Right sponsor you. That might help quicken the thing a bit.
