collect the necessary form.Fill it in properly and enclose copies of the requisite documents

called for duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.Submit the papers to the Tahsildar's

There are only 2 ways - legal and illegal.

If you are living there for a long time (not sure what is the minimum duration to get a domicile in Maharashtra) and can produce some proof then you can legally get it.

Else, catch hold of some broker in BMP office and get it illegal way.
