How can i get donors/sponsors for my newly formed NGO for helping the disabled?

Question

I should mention that i am from a third world country and would like to get both local and international donors...but from my research, the local donors cant be relied upon in the long term. The international donors need substantive evidence that their funds will be put to good use (as is expected anyway) but this puts quite a number of restrictions on NGO operations. What to do and how to do it?

We have an organisation named Dayar Sagar Mission which is a social, non-political, non-religious charitable organisation. We are registered under West Bengal Government Act. 1961. We have 80G and 12AA.

The aims and objects of the society is to assist the downtrodden peopleof the rural areas of West Bengal and other places of India by forming self-help group, establishing educational institutions, vocational training, encourage sports and games, green plantation, mother and child health care, awareness programme, construction of dwelling houses, drinking water, etc to the people of all communities irrespective of Caste, Creed, Religions and s*x.

Chaitanya Institute for Youth and Rural development organization is prominently known as CHINYAED ORGANIGATION, chinyard organization was registered under Bombay Charitable Trust Act 1950, dated on 30th January 1990. For overseas finance assistance purpose chinyard organization was registered under foreign contribution Regulation Act 1976 by Ministry of Home affairs Government of India.  Chinyard also registered with Income Tax under 80G of Income Tax Act 1961. The pioneer of the chinyard organization is Mr. C.Y.Bharadwad;   has immense experience in the development sector and rural development & community organization.
Chinyard organization has been working since last 22 years in 358 villages of Dharwad, Haveri and Uttar Kannada Districts. Chinyard organization prime vision is to bring sustainable development among society people and free from any exploitation where is giving equal opportunity to backward and exploited sections, especially poor peasants, destitute women, child labor, elder and tribal people to participate in the developmental and democratic process. Chinyard   one of the  National and state level award conqueror development initiative, National Productivity council award was received from National Agricultural Ministry of India in 2005-06 and State level second award for self help group formation and Bank linkage award given by  
(NABARD) in 2001-02. Chinyard ngo has been implementing various development projects concerning women empowerment, eradication of violence against women, Micro credit and Livelihood promotion, Micro enterprise development training, Natural resource management, community health and sanitation programme, eradication of child labor, and Rehabilitation of Elder, widow and disable masses through promoting rural based micro enterprises. Our NGO (Good Will Foundation) base in Cameroon is facing some financial setback at the time. How can we get more fundings to complement those we already have in order to carry out our unfinished projects? The NGO caters for the underpriviledged, orphans, widows, school drop outs, etc.
