How can i get enamel paint off vinyl,without ruining it.?

its on a car dash im trying to put back together.some paint spilled on it and dryed,need to get it of without staining the dash. help help thanks

There are products called OOPS, Goof Off, Goo Gone, or you could just try PB Blaster. I would recommend reading the warnings before purchasing or using them on the dash though. All of these do a great job of getting paint off things, including carpeting.

try freezing  it with starter fluid ,

[ the kind used to start engines]

spray it , peel the paint off
