How can i get eyeliner to stay on the inside of my eye ?

it always comes off , or smudges everyehere . how can i get it to stay ?

I would try liquid. I use prestige liquid liner and it lasts all day and does not move. It is under $6 and lasts so long. If you do not want liquid then i would suggest urban decay 24/7 eye liner. It works so well and it water proof. It is about $16 but well worth it. You could also try a cheaper brand but the i've noticed that the waterproof ones smudge less. Good luck hope i helped!

Eyeliner will not stay inside you eye for longer than a few hours because it is constantly trying to clean the eyes. But to make sure it doesn't smear outside the eye use a powder, any loose or compresses powder will observe the oils around your eyes preventing the eyeliner from smearing!♫♥

ah, the side effects of makeup!

if i'm not mistaken, every makeup will wear off even if it's a guaranteed all day stay on.

mac is always best to go, but i have found out a makeup similar to mac which is called urban decay.
