buy the mascara and a blue contact

use black liner on the inner rim of your top and bottom lashes

but don't go all of the way by your tear duct

curl your lashes, but just a little, not too much

use multiple coats of mascara on your top and bottom lashes

then comb through your lashes with one of these to straighten them out and make it more dramatic

Also, to get the natural looking curl that the model has i suggest a heated eyelash curler because it won't leave the sharp awkwarkd crease in your lashes like manual curlers, i use this one

Black eyeliner on the top and bottom, it also looks like she has a smokey color eyeshadow lined on the bottom of her eyes.

Looks like she has her top and bottom lids lined with black liner and her eyelashes curled with black mascara.

Black eyeliner...a bunch of mascara. Maybe fake eylashes.
