How can i get family over to london from jamaica for a holiday they get refused?

Are they being refused due to adoption paperwork, or is this question possibly posted in the wrong section?  More information will be necessary for us to answer the question.

If they have been refused entry you just can't get them over, and that's it, I'm afraid.

If their visa is getting denied, then you can't do anything about it.  I have been through this situation before when dealing with the government in China and Hong Kong.  All they can do is keep requesting until they get approved.  Sorry!
