  1. Are you running long distances or just sprinting 100-200metres.

If your runnig long distances, you just need to increase your stamina by running regularly every 2nd day.

If your looking for sudden bursts of speed that you need for short distances such as 10-30metres in soccer and tennis, i would advise you to run on your toes, and if you already are try to run on flat ground and then start running uphill.

some tips could be to always try to lean a bit more foward than usual because leaning foward always gives you more acceleration and speed.

  2. run hills and do agility cuts like zig zaggin through cones also look to get a running parachuet they work good. Ive heard of High School players intown that ran 4.4's and thought they were as fast as they couuld be and then got traing and bumped up to 4.2s

  3. practice??

dedicate urself to runnnig by practicing everyday

    and time urself

    gud luk

  4. i run 100's and 200's for track at my school and my coach told me to run faster in sprints you have to practice longer distances so that it will be even easier to run shorter distances. so that means that about every other day get up and jog or run a mile or 2 with out stopping. if you continue to do this for about a month, your times will tremendously lessen and you will be really good.

  5. you'll continue to grow in height, then you'll have longer legs, that will help tremendously.  agility practices also help, anything that would improve your lung function as well

  6. Try interval training--5-200m or a couple of 400m.  Are you a distance runner or a sprinter?  The workout would be different for each.

ALSO--Since your 14, you'll DEFINITELY get faster naturally with a little practice and dedication.

    GOOD LUCK!!
