make it yourself? Not exactly free but you don't have to buy the actual ice cream... Or, for a once-a-year option, Baskin Robbins has free scoop day. It's in April I think. And I think Ben and Jerry's does too.

I dont think you will get free ice-cream. If you are worker in ice cream shop then you may get.
