How can i get free music on my phone, if my phone is an MP3 player?

i have an mp3 player on my phone. is there a way i can get free music on it ? and how do i get it on my phone ?

If you can access the internet, you can get legal free mp3s from www.purevolume.com and some artist myspace accounts. Otherwise, you could probably just email the songs you already own to yourself and download them onto your phone if you don't have a cord or something to connect it to your computer.

Maybe you can use Lime wire because that is what I used when I had an MP3 player.

Many phones today have slots for microSD cards.  It is possible on some phones to load music from your computer onto a microSD card and then place it on the phone.  All this would depend on your phone make and model.  Refer to your owners manual or search the internet with your phone make and model to find out if your phone can do this.  Buy.com has microSD cards (2GB) for 6.99 so this would also be fairly cheap.
