I'd look for local planes. A boat would take too long, and a big jet would be too expensive. That or you could swim and then walk.

Meridiana has flights from Cagliari to Marco Polo airport in Venice (not every day). There were airfares of  73 to 93 euro available on the dates I checked. The flight takes about 80 minutes.
