How can i get from Maracaibo to Puerto la Cruz, venezuela?

Question

We have to travel to maracaibo, then to Puerto la Cruz, then to Macae,brazil and the to sao Paulo. Is there any airport in Puerto la Cruz? what is the fastest way to get there from maracaibo? and then to leave to macae brazil, do I need to go back to maracaibo and take a flight? I am totally lost , tried to reasearch a litttle in the internet but havent find anything helpful. So any help will be HIGHLY appreciated.

From Puerto La Cruz to Maracaibo:

Air: about 1 hour 30 min

Bus: about 10 hours

There is an airport in Pto la Cruz, but I think it doesn't have international flights. You should get a flight from Maracaibo to Pto la Cruz, and then I recommend you take a flight (from 20min to 30min) or a bus (4 hours) to Caracas because is closer than coming back to Maracaibo and  you have better chances to find a flight to Brazil, because I think in Maracaibo they don't have flights to Macae or they will make you scale in Caracas anyways.
