well one routing would be to take the metro rapid bus line 780

Hollywoodd/Argyle  take this bus to  Broadway and brand (in Glendale)

then transfer to the Glendale beeline line 3 which will take directly there

cost is $1.55  that'ss 1.25 +_.30 for a Metro to Muni transfer)
