How can i get from a size 12 to a?

size 5. I know thats a lot of weight to drop but how do I get to a size 5 by like Feb?♥ Thanks. btw I am 5'1 and 160 lbs and 23 yrs old if taht matters...

  1. Unless you've been a size 5 before, good luck with that one. You'll have to maintain a super strict diet, and workout a few hours every day with at least one hour a day being devoted strictly to cardio.


  2. start running/power walking 30-45 minutes a day. no soda, nothing with sugar higher than #4 in the ingredients list, nothing made with white enriched flour. so basically, meat and veggies and water. and literally, walk every day-- twice a day if you can.

    thats the best way to do it. its rough, but ive done it before. (i'm 5'9 and 150 now, and i'm content.)  its not about size--its about lowering body fat.

  3. well you may not get to size 5 if you have hips - its about your body shape not how much you weigh. if you want to get healthier just eat healthier foods and do cardio exercise.

    If you lose a lot of fat percentage you would probably be able to get to a size 8, which is great. :)
